You might be asking, what in the world is “Perky Synergy”. Bear with me please. I will explain. The purpose of any blog is to build credibility and trust. We also know that the endgame of blogging is to sell something. However, CWBO’s heartbeat is to communicate how we can nurture and build our skills in business or ministry without sacrificing friendships and our core values. Our chief goal is to promote Christian principles, in both our professional life, as well as our personal life. Ultimately, we want this to be a vehicle as a testimony to the world and to each other - that Jesus Christ is preeminent in all that we do.

True success that lasts over long periods of time – may I even say, “over eternity” – comes from bringing God glory in all that is done.

Our mission statement is Rent-A-Theme Entertainment provides enrichment that inspires creativity, cultivates collaboration, while strengthening the mind and body all through the joy of play. The mission statement is more than words but a movement and passion. I am dedicated to sharing the many life enriching benefits of play. Our goal is to help people achieve personal success by finding, amplifying, and utilizing their gifts. RATE provides an array of meticulously-designed theme kits with these goals in mind. On my journey in developing a concept that would allow people to reap the benefits of play, I made I huge discovery.

I'd like to introduce myself. I am Diane McKenzie. I am one of the 3 co-facilitators in CWBO Colorado Springs. We began in April of 2012. We are the second of 5 (and soon to be 6) CWBO networking groups. I have been with this group since it began. I am an independent Silpada Representative. I have been attending CWBO (Christian Women Business Owners) networking group since it's very first meeting date in March of 2010. It was, Denise Marriott, Sally, Chrissy, Cynthia and I at the first meeting. I was so excited to hear about Denise's God-given vision for this group. I just had no idea that God would have blessed it so much, and so quickly! It's truly incredible to observe what the Lord has done within this amazing gathering of women.

Networking at CWBO has introduced me to an entire new network of business owners. I have met some great business owners who have needed marketing assistance and who have joined the Christian Business Marketplace online directory.
